Behavior Frontiers has enhanced our policies and procedures regarding the delivery of our ABA services, including, limiting staff in clients’ homes, adhering to CDC guidelines for safety and social distancing requirements for center-based services, and offering telehealth services. We also require employees and clients to cancel sessions if they exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19, as well as provide detailed protocols for clients and employees who have tested positive for COVID-19. We believe that these safety procedures have helped to reduce the risks of exposure in providing ABA services.

Behavior intervention services are provided in the home, school, and community settings. Every ABA treatment program is customized to help each child learn adaptive skills in all areas of development, such as new communication, social, play, cognitive, self-care, and motor skills. Behavior Frontiers uses detailed data collection to track each child’s progress and relies exclusively on research-based methods to find out why problem behaviors are occurring so that we can reduce those challenging behaviors. We actively include your family in all aspects of treatment and work collaboratively with other professionals to help your child reach his/her goals. Nikol Manes, M.A., BCBA

Senior Clinical Director

Out of college Nikol Manes started working with children in a preschool classroom. In 2001, Nikol transitioned to work with children with autism as a direct interventionist. She went to school in 2003, receiving her Masters of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University, and in 2013 she earned a second Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. Nikol continued to work with children with autism and other developmental disorders including cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, down's syndrome, and children with chromosomal disorders. She specialized in implementing Positive Behavior Support strategies, PECS, and Pivotal Response Training. Nikol earned her BCBA certification in 2009. She maintains a positive approach toward treatment and utilizes ABA strategies in all areas of her life. She thrives on continuing a deeper understanding of scientific based practices such as ABA and looks to continue her education further.
