Behavior Frontiers to Host Clinical Summit, Featuring Guest Speaker Sarah Trautman

On February 2nd, Behavior Frontiers will be hosting our Clinical Summit, which aims to bring together our BCBAs from across the country, for community, education, and collaboration! This Clinical Summit will also feature a presentation from defy Co-Founder and CEO, Sarah Trautman. defy is focused on using “innovative development, behavioral science, and human-centered community to counter the negative effects of work-related stress so ABA Professionals can optimize their well-being, provide quality care to their clients and staff-members, and find greater joy and success in their work.” Ms. Trautman will be delivering a presentation on preventing BCBA burnout and promoting work-life balance, and we are very excited to have her speak to our team!
