Your child is unique and Behavior Frontiers offers individualized treatment plans to help each child to be successful. We offer behavior intervention services in the home, school, and community settings. Our ABA treatment program is customized to help each child learn adaptive skills in all areas of development, such as communication, social, play, cognitive, self-care, and motor skills. Behavior Frontiers uses detailed data collection to track each child’s progress and uses research-based methods to find out why problem behaviors are occurring so that we can reduce those challenging behaviors. We make sure to include your family in all aspects of the treatment and in collaborating with other professionals to help your child reach his/her goals.

Nikol Manes, M.A., BCBA
Senior Clinical Director
Out of college Nikol Manes started working with children in a preschool classroom. In 2001, Nikol transitioned to work with children with autism as a direct interventionist. She went to school in 2003, receiving her Masters of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analsyis from St. Cloud State University, and in 2013 she earned a second Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. Nikol continued to work with children with autism and other developmental disorders including cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, down's syndrome, and children with chromosomal disorders. She specialized in implementing Positive Behavior Support strategies, PECS, and Pivotal Response Training. Nikol earned her BCBA certification in 2009. She maintains a positive approach toward treatment and utilizes ABA strategies in all areas of her life. She thrives on continuing a deeper understanding of scientific based practices such as ABA and looks to continue her education further.
Allison Normile, M.A., BCBA, LBS
Associate Clinical Director -- Philadelphia, PA
Allison Normile received her Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Neuroscience & Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Washington College in Maryland. There she was introduced to the science of learning and behavior modification, and later completed an internship at a residential facility for individuals living with developmental disabilities and genetic disorders. During and after college, Allison worked in NJ as a residential behavior therapist before moving to Pennsylvania for graduate school. She earned her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State Harrisburg while providing school- and home-based ABA services. Allison has been a Pennsylvania-licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2015, and has experience working in both private and public settings, as well as in implementing home and community programs for children and adults. Her professional interests include treatment of severe maladaptive behaviors, teaching appropriate functional communication skills, toilet training, and collaboration with related service providers. Allison oversees the clinical programs in the Philadelphia region, and is passionate about meeting the needs of her clients and their families to promote adaptive lifelong skills.
