Behavior Frontiers is proud to announce that we are bringing our exceptional applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment program and clinicians to Pasadena, California. Your child is unique and Behavior Frontiers offers individualized treatment plans to help each child to be successful. We offer behavior intervention services in the home, school, and community settings. Our ABA treatment program is customized to help each child learn adaptive skills in all areas of development, such as new communication, social, play, cognitive, self-care, and motor skills. Behavior Frontiers uses detailed data collection to track each child’s progress and uses research-based methods to find out why problem behaviors are occurring so that we can reduce those challenging behaviors. We make sure to include your family in all aspects of the treatment and in collaborating with other professionals to help your child reach his/her goals.

Altadena, Burbank, Downtown LA (North of the 110/10), Eagle Rock, East Pasadena, Echo Park, Glendale, Griffith Park, Hollywood Hills, Korea Town (North of Olympic and East of Western), La Canada, La Cresenta, Los Feliz, North East LA (North of the 10), North Hollywood, Pasadena (West of Altadena Dr/Sierra Madre Blvd), Sherman Oaks (East of Sepulveda and South of Roscoe Blvd), Silver Lake, and Studio City.

Insurance Company Services

Did you know that recent California law mandates that most health insurance plans cover ABA treatment for children with autism spectrum disorder? Behavior Frontiers has contracts with health plans so that we can provide this medically necessary treatment to children with autism spectrum disorder. School District Services

Behavior Frontiers is also certified by the California Department of Education as a nonpublic agency to provide behavior intervention design (BID) and behavior intervention implementation (BII) to school-aged children with autism and other special needs. A BID staff member is essentially the behavior supervisor who assesses the student’s behavioral needs and who designs a behavior intervention plan for the student. A BII staff member is the equivalent of a behavior instructor who works one-to-one with the student to carry-out the behavior intervention plan. Both staff members are essential for a student to receive effective ABA services.

Regional Center Services

We provide ABA services for children through California Regional Centers. California Regional Centers are nonprofit private corporations that contract with the California Department of Developmental Services to provide or coordinate services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Diana Betsis, M.A., BCBA
Senior Clinical Director

Diana Betsis received her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pennsylvania State University in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The following year she received her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Diana has worked with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. During her graduate studies her work and internships focused on adolescents with severe self-injurious and aggressive behaviors. Diana has worked as a Behavior Therapist and Behavior Supervisor in home, school, and community settings. Diana is an Experienced Clinical Director with a demonstrated history of utilizing ABA with clients with developmental disabilities. Skilled in Adolescent and Early Intervention Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Public Speaking. 


Griselda Rodriguez, M.S., BCBA
Associate Clinical Director, Glendale/Pasadena Region

Griselda Rodriguez received her B.A. in Communicative Disorders from San Francisco State University and her Master’s in Special Education, Advanced Studies with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Montana State University. She has worked with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in the home, school and community settings as a Behavior Therapist and Behavior Supervisor. Griselda is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has practiced ABA since 2011. She is trained in using Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Verbal Behavior (VB), and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) methods. At Behavior Frontiers, Griselda oversees the treatment programs for all clients in the Pasadena/Glendale region. She is committed to providing high quality, individualized treatment for clients and ongoing support to families and clinical team members.
