How to Refer a Patient
Referring a patient to Behavior Frontiers is simple. Submit a referral form by email or fax, and our dedicated intake team will take it from there — contacting the family, verifying insurance, navigating diagnostic services if needed, and coordinating next steps so you don’t have to.

In-Home ABA Therapy
We come to you. Personalized 1:1 ABA therapy delivered where your child feels most at home, with support built around your family's life.
- Available for kids, teens, and young adults (ages 0–25)

Center-Based ABA Therapy
Designed specifically for early learners, our autism therapy centers feature bright, open spaces with intensive 1:1 care for foundational skills needed to thrive in kindergarten and beyond.
