Behavior Frontiers offers exceptional behavior intervention services. Our St. Louis office is NOW ACCEPTING new clients with autism and other special needs into our applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs. Our comprehensive treatment program is conducted in the child’s natural setting, such as his/her home, school, or in the community. Our highly-trained team of behavior supervisors and instructors work collaboratively with family members and other professionals to target the reduction of problem behaviors and the improvement of a variety of age-appropriate skills, such as socialization and communication. Heather Hettinger, M.S., B.C.B.A
Regional Clinical Director

Heather Hettinger is currently attending Cal Southern (PsyD program) pursuing her doctorate in Psychology. She received her Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus in Severe Emotional Disturbances from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. After four years as a Special Education teacher in a classroom setting, she chose to pursue further education in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). She completed her course work to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at the University of West Florida. Since moving to California, Heather has worked as a Behavior Therapist, Case Manager, and Clinical Supervisor working one-on-one with children with autism and with their families in the home, school, and community settings. Heather is trained in ABA using Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Verbal Behavior (VB), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), and Natural Environment Training (NET) methods. Heather has years of experience working directly with families, regional centers, schools, and insurance companies. Her skill set includes curriculum development, program design, ABA teaching techniques, assessments, and parent and staff training. Heather has dedicated her career to providing the best possible assistance to individuals with special needs.

ShiQuita Lane, Ed.S, BCBA, LBA
Associate Clinical Director

ShiQuita Lane began her career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2012 as a Specialized Classroom Instructor for United Services in the Intensive Behavior Intervention Classrooms. Shortly after, she began classes in the Master’s program at Lindenwood University majoring in Autism Intervention and Sensory Impairment. She continued her education and received her degree December of 2014. With an eager passion to do more, ShiQuita continued her education and enrolled in the Educational Specialist program at Lindenwood University and obtained her degree in Behavior Analysis and Instructional Leadership. She soon obtained her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). ShiQuita has worked with individuals with varying abilities ranging from toddlers to senior citizens. ShiQuita has experience implementing ABA in school settings, home, and in the community. In the summer of 2019, ShiQuita will work with partners in Nigeria to educate an impoverished community on Autism and Behavior Analysis. She is dedicated to providing effective treatment and high-quality services, collaborating with other professionals and training teams, parents and families.
