The [Behavior Technicians] we have are very attentive, patient and really good at reading our son's signs and moods. They are a delight to have around and get as excited as we do whenever a new milestone has been reached. The managers overseeing the progress are completely involved and have some of the most helpful input I've heard from people in this field. You can tell they take their work to heart.
