Behavior Frontiers offers exceptional behavior intervention services to Dallas and surrounding areas in Texas. We are NOW ACCEPTING new clients with autism or other special needs into our applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs. Our comprehensive treatment program is conducted in the child’s natural setting, such as his/her home, school, or community. Our highly-trained team of behavior supervisors and instructors work together with family members and other professionals to target the reduction of problem behaviors and the improvement of a variety of age-appropriate skills, such as socialization and communication. Texas Insurance Laws
The Texas Autism Insurance Act requires a health insurance plan to provide coverage to children under the age of 10, who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, for all generally recognized services (including ABA) prescribed in relation to autism spectrum disorder by the child’s primary care physician in a treatment plan recognized by that physician.

Courtney Pullen M.S., BCBA, LBA
Senior Clinical Director
Courtney received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. During her undergrad and first semester of grad program, Courtney worked at a Mental Health hospital where she was introduced to the field of ABA. Courtney became a BCBA in May 2013 and moved to Dallas, TX where she worked as a Behavior Supervisor for Behavior Frontiers. Two years later Courtney was promoted to the position of Clinical Director and transferred to Behavior Frontiers’ Sacramento office. She has worked in residential facilities with children and teens with behavior difficulties, as well as children with autism since 2010. Courtney has experience implementing ABA strategies in home, school, clinic, daycare, and community settings.
Elizabeth Harton MS, BCBA, LBA
Associate Clinical Director-Dallas Region
Elizabeth Harton has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 12 years. Ms. Harton earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Dallas Baptist University, where she also minored in Psychology. Later, she attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where she received her master’s degree in Counseling, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). After the completion of her coursework Ms. Harton became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2013. She is a member of the Association of Behavior Analysis International and the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis.
At Behavior Frontiers, Ms. Harton oversees the clinical operations of clients served in the DFW area. Ms. Harton is committed to providing individualized, effective programming for each client. She excels at providing parent education in ABA, staff trainings and mentorship, and creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
