Employee Profile: Natasha Reed — Behavior Frontiers

My name is Natasha Reed, and I am a Staffing Specialist at Behavior Frontiers. I knew I made the right decision in 2019 when I joined Behavior Frontiers. I was looking for an organization that offered learning and development along with career growth. I wanted to work for a company that would appreciate the loyalty and dedication I put into my work, a company that aligns with my core values and beliefs. My journey started as a part-time Behavior Technician. Within 6 months of being employed, my management team saw my ability to work in a team structure, make decisions, solve problems, my passion for helping families and I was promoted to Senior Behavior Technician. Shortly after, I was offered a Training Coordinator position while still rendering services to families as a Senior Behavior Technician.

Working at Behavior Frontiers has challenged me in many aspects of my life and was the main reason I decided to return to school to complete my Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. I wanted to be on the administrative side of the industry. Just 10 months as a Training Coordinator, I became part of the Recruiting Team as a Staffing Specialist. As a staffing specialist with previous ABA experience, I am ensuring that I am hiring compassionate candidates who would like to thrive within our company and who fit our families’ needs in services.

Working with children has always been my passion and started way before Behavior Frontiers. I do volunteer work in my community feeding the homeless, I am the children’s choir director at my church, and I am a mentor to troubled adolescents. Behavior Frontiers has been a huge blessing in my life and has supported me through my career goals. Behavior Frontiers is expanding, and I plan to continue to grow with the organization and continue helping families. Behavior Frontiers is a “World Without Limits” and I am thriving as a part of that world.
