From All of Us at Behavior Frontiers, Best Wishes For a Happy Holiday! — Behavior Frontiers

We would like to take this moment to wish each and every one of our clients, staff, and community partners the happiest of holiday seasons. As yet another complicated year draws to a close, we are so thankful for the opportunities we have been given to work with all of you, to help create a world without limits for children with autism.

A holiday season brings with it a break from routine, which can be a source of concern for children with autism and their parents. Check out our tips for traveling with your child while maintaining a routine, and how to get back into your normal routine after the holidays.

With the New Year rapidly approaching, now is the time that we think about goals and resolutions, both for ourselves and for our children. Take a look at this post about how to set realistic expectations and achievable goals.

Finally, don’t forget to take care of yourself! Check out these tips on how to practice self-care, and learn about how practicing reinforcement with yourself is just as important as reinforcing your child.
