Behavior Frontiers offers exceptional behavior intervention services. Our New York office is NOW ACCEPTING new clients with autism and other special needs into our applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs. Our comprehensive treatment program is conducted in the child’s natural setting, such as his/her home, school, or in the community. Our highly-trained team of behavior supervisors and instructors work collaboratively with family members and other professionals to target the reduction of problem behaviors and the improvement of a variety of age-appropriate skills, such as socialization and communication. Courtney Pullen M.S., BCBA, LBA
Senior Clinical Director
Courtney received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. During her undergrad and first semester of grad program, Courtney worked at a Mental Health hospital where she was introduced to the field of ABA. Courtney became a BCBA in May 2013 and moved to Dallas, TX where she worked as a Behavior Supervisor for Behavior Frontiers. Two years later Courtney was promoted to the position of Clinical Director and transferred to Behavior Frontiers’ Sacramento office. She has worked in residential facilities with children and teens with behavior difficulties, as well as children with autism since 2010. Courtney has experience implementing ABA strategies in home, school, clinic, daycare, and community settings.
Stephanie Riccardi, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Associate Clinical Director – Queens, NY
Stephanie Riccardi has been working in the special needs field for 10 years. She received her BA from Manhattan College and went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. While in graduate school, she began working in a middle/high school for students with autism and other special needs. Here, she realized she wanted to continue in this field. Once she completed graduate school, she jumped right into her BCBA coursework and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in November of 2016 and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in NY in 2017. Stephanie is excited to be part of the Behavior Frontiers team. She is passionate about her work and focuses on how to promote independence and improving overall quality of life for those we serve and their families.
