Behavior Frontiers offers exceptional behavior intervention services. Our Norfolk office is NOW ACCEPTING new clients with autism and other special needs into our applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs. Our comprehensive treatment program is conducted in the child’s natural setting, such as his/her home, school, or in the community. Our highly-trained team of BCBAs, behavior supervisors and instructors work collaboratively with family members and other professionals to target the reduction of problem behaviors and the improvement of a variety of age-appropriate skills, such as socialization and communication. Nikol Manes, M.A., BCBA
Senior Clinical Director
Out of college Nikol Manes started working with children in a preschool classroom. In 2001, Nikol transitioned to work with children with autism as a direct interventionist. She went to school in 2003, receiving her Masters of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University, and in 2013 she earned a second Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. Nikol continued to work with children with autism and other developmental disorders including cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, down's syndrome, and children with chromosomal disorders. She specialized in implementing Positive Behavior Support strategies, PECS, and Pivotal Response Training. Nikol earned her BCBA certification in 2009. She maintains a positive approach toward treatment and utilizes ABA strategies in all areas of her life. She thrives on continuing a deeper understanding of scientific based practices such as ABA and looks to continue her education further.
Natalie Wratschko, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Natalie Wratschko received her Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development degree from the University of California, Davis in 2006. She earned her Master’s of Science in Psychology from California Coast University and completed her coursework to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Florida Institute of Technology in 2014. Natalie has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2005 and has held a variety of supervisory positions since becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
As a Clinical Director at Behavior Frontiers, Natalie oversees clients’ clinical programs. She is committed to ensuring high quality, individualized programming for each client, through designing and implementing evidenced based treatment programs.
