Behavior Frontiers: A Company to Grow With!

Behavior Frontiers is proud to be a company that promotes from within! We love the opportunity to encourage growth in our staff, through mentorship, educational opportunities, and incentives for higher education. And of course, when positions become available, we always take the time to look at our existing staff, before ever looking outside. Our goal is to be a company that our employees love to grow with and be a part of. Here are just a few examples of our team members who have taken on new roles:

Natasha Reed, Staffing Specialist: Natasha joined the Behavior Frontiers team as a Behavior Technician, and has quickly risen through the ranks. After being promoted to Senior Behavior Technician, she took the opportunity to become a member of our training staff, as a Training Coordinator. After just ten months in that position, she accepted another promotion and started working with our Recruiting team as a Staffing Specialist. Natasha says, “As a staffing specialist with previous ABA experience, I am ensuring that I am hiring compassionate candidates who would like to thrive within our company and who fit our families’ needs in services.”

Allie Wyatt, Digital Media Coordinator: Allie joined the Behavior Frontiers team in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant, and quickly began to take on new responsibilities. Her “just say yes” attitude allowed her to move into new roles, first as an assistant to the Regional Clinical Director, and then, as Behavior Frontiers began to open more offices nationwide, to Expansion Coordinator. As Expansion Coordinator, she began to work between several departments, doing whatever was necessary to support the new offices that were opening. She found her passion in marketing, and in time, moved into the marketing team as a Digital Media Coordinator. Allie says, “The moral of the story is, I never imagined that this is the kind of work I would end up doing. It took people that saw and believed in my abilities, and a company that was willing to stand behind those people.”

Adrienne Bradley, Clinical Director: Adrienne’s story is unique, because while her title hasn’t changed since she started working with Behavior Frontiers in 2018, her daily routine absolutely has. After being hired as our Clinical Director for the Detroit, MI region, she worked tirelessly to grow the region and bring our services to as many people as possible. She also advocated for the opening of the Behavior Frontiers’ first Autism Treatment Center in the area. After a delay due to the pandemic, she was finally able to see all of her hard work come to fruition when the Detroit Autism Treatment Center opened its doors in 2021.

If you would like to be a member of a company that wants to grow with you, we would love to talk to you! We are currently hiring for Behavior Technicians nationwide. Check out our open positions, and read more about our benefits and perks!
