Additional program partners include California Southern (CSU), Capella, Drexel, National and Nova Southeastern Universities, as well as the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). And, for employees pursuing BCBA certification, Behavior Frontiers offers even more benefits! Once an employee has enrolled in the BCBA coursework, they can obtain hours for their Supervised Independent Fieldwork requirement by working with their supervisor or Clinical Director. As anyone who has ever pursued their BCBA certificate will tell you, this is a major perk!
