Behavior Frontiers Opens Center for Autism Treatment in Detroit, MI
Detroit, MI (November 29, 2021) Behavior Frontiers, an organization offering solutions to help individuals with autism and other special needs using state-of-the-art applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs, will be expanding services offered in the Detroit, Michigan area, through the establishment of a new center-based program. This autism treatment center, which will begin providing services on December 6th, 2021, will allow for the treatment of children with autism for whom in-home treatment is not a viable or preferred option.

We listened, and with the opening of this new center, we can’t wait to continue to improve the lives of the communities we are honored to serve.”
The new center, located at 7375 Woodward Avenue, Suite 2800 in Detroit, will continue to offer the individualized ABA programming that Behavior Frontiers is known for, while also creating additional opportunities to work on socialization and play skills. The center will offer more than 6500 square feet of space, including large playrooms and smaller, individual therapy rooms. These custom spaces will allow for treatment goals to be facilitated in a variety of settings, including music, sensory, motor, vocational, and dramatic play areas. The center will share a building with YouthVille, a community-based organization that connects at-risk children to the people and partnerships who will help them be successful, through school and beyond. The YouthVille building also offers space for Behavior Frontiers clients to access an outdoor playground, gymnasium, game room, and cafeteria for targeting additional treatment objectives in a fun and engaging environment.
A grand opening and ribbon cutting is scheduled for Sunday, December 12th, 2021, and will be open to the public.
