Families in South Texas have a new reason to celebrate — Behavior Frontiers is opening its second San Antonio autism center, expanding our footprint across Texas to help more children access life-changing care. This will be our third location in the state, joining our existing centers in Plano and Northwest San Antonio.

Whether you're a parent exploring ABA services or a healthcare provider looking for reliable referral partners, our new center offers a warm, supportive environment for children with autism and their families to grow and thrive.

Getting started with autism services can feel overwhelming — but we’re here to help make the process clear, supportive, and meaningful from day one. Our center-based ABA programs are grounded in decades of research and designed to make the most of the early years when children are developing rapidly. At our centers, children benefit from:

We Also Offer Home-Based Services

While our centers are designed for children up to age 6, ABA therapy can help children of all ages reach meaningful milestones. That’s why we also provide home-based care, as well as in-school and in-community services in select regions.
