JOB ALERT: Behavior Technicians Needed For Center-Based Work!

We are urgently hiring for center-based Behavior Technicians in the Detroit and Sacramento areas. These techs will perform all of the same tasks as our in-home staff, and receive all of the same training, but will be based in one location. Our centers are collaborative spaces where you will create firm bonds with your clients and fellow staff, while working to create a world without limits for children with autism and other developmental disorders.
How you will help create a World Without Limits:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and facilitate group activity in a clinic environment
- Teach individuals with autism to talk, play, make friends, and function independently, while helping reduce any inappropriate behaviors.
- Collect data to demonstrate each client’s progress toward reaching his or her goals!
- Evaluate by using our proprietary electronic data collection software for real time analysis
- Collaborate in clinical team meetings to report client progress and get specific feedback from the supervisor
Rest Assured– you’ll be trained in various ABA methods such as discrete trial teaching (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies (NATS), and verbal behavior (VB)
