Employee Spotlight: Kameron Kaveh, Senior Behavior Technician

My name is Kameron Kaveh, or as my clients call me, Super K.  I joined the Behavior Frontiers team in January of 2019.  Before working at Behavior Frontiers, I worked as a Program Specialist at Parent Infant Programs, in Chico, California, where I worked in the Autism Support Program. I received my BA in Child Development and Adolescent Psychology at Chico State in 2017, where I found my foundations working with children.

Currently, I am finishing my Masters in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine's School of Education and Psychology.  I am currently completing internship hours at Encouragers Counseling and Training Centers and working full time as a Senior BT. Upon completion of my MA I plan on starting a BCBA program. I would love to continue working at Behavior Frontiers while starting my BCBA coursework, as I have seen the professional support and resources that the clinical team provides to those completing their clinical hours.

Behavior Frontiers, my managers, and my Clinical Directors have helped me while pursuing my MFT by encouraging me to understand my clients with theories that I have learned in my studies. They also have pushed me to look further into starting a BCBA program.

Thanks to the support of my managers and Regional Directors at Behavior Frontiers, I have truly found my passion in working with families and kiddos on the spectrum.

I started a YouTube channel when COVID 19 started to provide mental health tips and workout videos.
